Mark Harkin recently left his role as Chairman of Marske United following seven very successful years at the helm and the club would like to place on record our thanks to Mark and pay tribute to his efforts and achievements during this time.

The dual challenge of creating an environment for continuous ‘on field success’ alongside ever increasing ‘Ground Grading requirements’ cannot be underestimated.

Not only did Mark achieve this but he did it in spite of the two years which were lost to a global pandemic.

His record of raising the club from a Northern League Step 5 club to the Northern Premier League Premier Division Step 3 club that it is today has been achieved under his leadership. Mark is a football man and we wish him well in any future project he decides to undertake.
