Marske United Reserve Team Manager Andy Harkin, and Club Secretary Malcolm Carver were part of a club contingent given a welcome tour of the facilities which rank amongst the best in the North Riding League.

With concrete dugouts, seated dressing rooms with tactics boards, proper showers and referee facilities, the venue provides a perfect step up in the development of the Marske United Reserve Team who are currently training at Nunthorpe ahead of the new season.

The next training session is tonight and the team is currently recruiting ahead of the new season.

With support from new First Team Manager Graeme Lee, the team is looking to make real strides this season.

We can now also officially confirm that the clubhouse in New Marske will be open after games allowing supporters and players the opportunity to have a drink at the ground after games.

It also provides an ideal opportunity for Marske United supporters unable to travel further afield to watch local football when the first team is playing away across the country.
